    What A Great Bank

First service bank has exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer service and friendly staff make it a pleasure when i have to visit them. I love their online and mobile banking, both are easy to use and understand. I also love their bill pay, it's very easy and fast to use. You can set up alerts that alert you about activity on your account, which helps me keep track of any new transactions or bill payments hitting the account. I will list the pros and cons for everybody below but i will give this bank a 5 star ratings just because the pros are so overwhelming.

a variety of checking and savings accounts to meet your needs. Great loan products such as a personal loan or mortgage loan (wac)

one of the checking accounts is totally free with your first order of checks free as well. There are no hidden charges, and as long as you pay at least 1 bill a month with online bill pay, the bill pay service is free. This account also comes with a instant issue debit card that you can use the same day you open the account. Online banking is also instantly available right after you open the account as is the bill pay service. No minimum balance and no direct deposit is required. Checks are ordered through a non-deluxe company "harland clarke"

no chexsystems or telecheck or credit check with this bank. You can open a savings account to have linked to any checking account as a form of overdraft protection. Can use any us bank atm free as well as other "moneypass" member atms without cost. E-statements or paper statements both options are free

    amazing customer service/tellers/employees

no standard overdraft protection with this account. No telephone banking service. You must use online banking, mobile banking, or call the bank for balance and transaction information. $30.00 return item fee/overdraft fee (in the unlikely event that they decide to pay your item)

cannot open account online, you must visit a branch to open a account.
