Bank employee and Power of Attorney

First Volunteer in Benton, TN has very poor customer service. There was 3 employees only and none of them knew how to handle a Power of Attorney. Told me it would be a week and had to send to main office for approval. I would have to keep calling until they had approval. They would be unable to call me. This was prepared by an attorney from their county and I am a former customer with ID in bank records and on me. I went in on my vacation to handle for my mother who is unable to walk. They did not care. Their hours are not for working people. You have to come in to do certain transactions. IF you work you are up a creek. They close at 5pm. No Saturday hours except drive in at 1 location. The CSR told me I could go to Chattanooga which is 1 1/2 hour away. Their attitude is not good and they are very unprofessional. Please go to a better hometown bank not this one. There are a couple others in the area who are customer service oriented and care about people and their needs. I found one and it is not First Volunteer.
