    FIVE STAR BANK IS THE WORST - THEY ARE CORRUPT & SHOULD BE BARRED FROM DOING BUSINESS

    ILLEGALLY REPOSSESSED MY CAR - I STILL HAVE THE TITLE SHOWING THERE ARE NO LIENS ON THE VEHICLE.
    THEY CAME AND YANKED MY CAR OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AT 9 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT, KEPT MY PLATES (ILLEGAL IN MY STATE)
    WHEN ASKED WHY THIS HAD OCCURRED THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK OR ANY DOCUMENTATION MERITING THIS ACTION NOR HAVE THEY PROVIDED ANYTHING SINCE- I AM CURRENTLY PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AND THE REPO COMPANY

    Worst Customer Serive

    I have to say thank you to you and the rep at my local branch. The Amherst NY office to be exact. I have decided to leave five star and here is why. I went to the branch to make a withdrawl form my account. There seemed to only be one rep working the counter so I was patient. However, she comes over and asks what I need and tell her I need to make a withdrawl. Asks for my drivers license. Then walks away. Goes to the printer and grabs a paper. Walks back to me and the phone rings. So she stops to answer it and proceeds to talk on the phone asking the caller for information on another customers CD account. It had to do with how often the interest was paid to the customer. mind you there was no one else in the branch at the time so this was for a customer that was no longer there. So again I am waiting. After a few minutes she attempts to walk back over to the window but can't because the phone cord is all tangled. So instead of asking the caller to hold she gets about 2 feet from the window and reaches to me and I have to reach for it. Now she tells me nothing of what I am supposed to do yet. I got a sheet of checks. No idea why. After a few more moments she comes back over and tells me I have to fill it out. So i make it out to cash and sign. She tells the caller to hold on comes over and says you have to sign the back and walks away again. I sign the back and she comes back over asks how I want it and i reply that large bills were fine. Moments later hands me my money and say have a good weekend. Now I have cash from my with drawl and no receipt for my transaction. When I tried to ask for one I was, I assume, not herd because she had once again gone back to the phone. There are 6 banks in the local area and that doesn't include credit unions so I would think that in a service oriented business that service would be a bit better. I am certain that my next bank will gladly accept my business and treat me with some respect when I am trying to conduct business.

    Five star reposed my car with one payment behind and never sent me a statement of how much car ended up costing me.
