An Unauthorized Charge On My Account

I am very disappointed on how this unauthorized transaction on my account was handled. As soon as i saw the charge i went to the bank and told them i did not authorize this transaction and asked to have my card cancelled and was issued a new card and the customer representative said they would investigate it and within a month i was told via letter that my account was being charged for this unauthorized transaction.

This was disheartening for me to read and yes i feel that the bank is wrong and doesn't value me as a customer but then i don't have thousands of dollars in the bank either so maybe that is how they decide whom to value. I want to add a positive though that the tellers are always friendly.

Terrible Mortgage Business! Avoid At All Cost

Due to negligence of loan officer, and mortgage director i lost a total of $3,147 in the process of trying to attain a mortgage loan. After being given all of the information that was required of me i was promised that an in house loan would be approved with no problems, and that i could make a non-refundable earnest payment with full confidence. Due to this confidence i went further and paid for an appraisal along with other fees i could have avoided.

In the last few days of the contract happy state bank informed me that an in house loan was not possible leaving me with no time to come up with an alternative route for completing the purchase of the home. Leave your trust in other banks, even if they do not approve your loan, because happy state will tell you what you want to hear then pull the rug out from under you at the last minute.
