    worst customer service ever

    I had a lcnb account since I was in 2014 the bank changed it's policy on online banking requiring a sign on to keep the online account active but I was unaware of this. I would try to sign into my account but you needed to have them send you an email with the temporary password. However the password never came through and subsequently my account became inactive causing statement fees and late fees. I called to mention the statement fees when a representative told me I had to sign in to maintain an active account. I told the rep I didnt want statements to be sent to me but was told to go log in. I again failed to log in because the system is terrible. Subsequently I was charged overdrawn fees and had to send money to close the account at 0. Lcnb never worked to resolve the issue and was unwilling to refund the fees even though I never was able to log in due to their system. The manager both at Oxford, OH and the larger manager were unwilling to help at all and placed the blame on me.

    Does not take care of long term customers

    I've been with this bank for 25+ years. I have a very, very good credit rating. wanted to get an equity loan to consolidate credit cards. Had us go through all the paper work, gathering documents, etc. Called a week later and said no. I am looking for a new bank. Very disapointed with the ignored customer loyalty.
