Fu@k you, Pay Me!
I have navy fed 16 years of business. I had loans, car loans, and credit cards. I had a bad injury that had me out of work. I couldnt pay my credit cards. They called me upwards of four times a day. They gave me unrealistic repayment poptions. Then one day in the middle of the mighty they piliged my bank account like a pirate for close to $6,000 dollars. That money was going to pay my mortgage which was about to go into forclosure. The great people at navy fed basically pulled a scene out of goodfellas and said Fu@k you, pay me. They refused to give me any of my money back. They cared less that I was going into foreclosure. They then said I didnt answer their calls, I told them it was because they called an obsecene amount of times. They then said you couldve paid $50 a month, I told them the potions they gave were way higher than that. They then said Well you shouldve asked. They are not for the military, they are no different then Bank of America. They will screw you over without a second thought.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

Excellent Customer Service!
I was fortunate enough to join Navy Federal through my little sister, who had worked at the Navy Exchange. I don't know how long she worked there - maybe a year - but it was the best job of her life from my perspective, because I got a lifelong relationship with NFCU. Even though I've never been in the military, they've always treated me like family. The quality of service, the diversity of their products, and their willingness to adopt new technologies to make access easy. NFCU is our primary financial institution, and we absolutely couldn't be happier.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
