Excellent Bank, Great Products, No Fees, Surprisingly Advanced Technology, Friendly Staff
First off let me say how wonderful Needham Bank's mobile app is. Allows me to deposit checks, transfer money, check balances etc with an intuitive user interface. Love it.
Accordingly, Needham Bank doesn't have any fees with my checking account. Literally no fees which is why I switched to them.
Completely opposite of fees, they let me use every ATM in the world free of charge, and actually reimburse my account the fees any ATM machine charges me. I was at Foxwoods, got a $5 ATM Fee, and they put that $5 back in my account! They do this on every ATM machine I use, even the gas station ones.
To sum it all up: This bank is different in an amazing way. No fees, great technology, the checking account product I need.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
