Worst online bill pay I have ever used!
It's almost as if this bank does not want you to pay them, or they want to make it so difficult to pay them online that they will rack up late fees. The online bill pay was ridiculously hard to get set up in the first place. Then they have a two step authentication process. I paid my loan on the due date and had to wait for a text to enter a code to authorize it. Fortunately I saved the text message. Now, 11 days later, the payment is still not processed and I can't even re-authorize it. The online chat took forever despite me being first in the queue. The chat representative could not tell me if they would assess a late fee or not. He was not helpful at all. Every interaction with this bank has been difficult. We are only 90 days in to our loan, but I am already looking into refinancing just so I won't have to deal with this bank again.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

Theyre not small business/family friendly as they claim...
I am a very small, family run business, and this bank charged me eight overdraft fees before calling to tell me that my account was overdrawn. It was a rare mistake, I had been a loyal client for eight years. When I tried to have some off the fees waived the manager I spoke to clearly couldnt care less about keeping my business.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

Terrible Business Banking
I am part owner of a business that conducts its banking with Northwest. I'm a signer on the account and have been waiting since April for the debit card to come in the mail. I handle the property management aspect of the business and its tough to do my job without 24/7 access to the funds.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
