    Unhappy with discover card

We have been old second customers for over 20 years and have been very pleased with both customer service and products. However, the change from MasterCard to a Discover debit card has been very disappointing. Great Service

I see the reviews from 2012. That is when every bank was having difficulty. I love Old Second Bank in Frankfort. There is nothing but smiling faces and low bank fees if any. Anyone who was disenchanted a few years ago should review the new Old Second Bank. If you go into the branch I am sure they will help or make sure a banker will call you and assist.
