If I could I would give this banc 0 stars. Customer service terrible: rude and hard to understand. Fees: late fee is charged even if you make your payment on time but it did not go through for couple of days; and if you make payment before due date they count it as an extra payment and you will get charged late fees again. I am lucky I lost this card, because now I am paying off this mini amount I owe and I will be cancelling this account and never ever coming back. What a horrid experience of not being able to trust the bank you bank with, and have to check everything at all the time. Do yourself a favor: never bank with this people.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

No Really good, Poor Customer Service Bad Experience
Since I opened a account 6 years ago with Orchard Bank only I had problems with then the worse thing was communicate with then it was so difficult, to understand their English, because customer service must be in India , and don't get wrong, but was very hard, after my two years with they sent me another credit card but tried to activate for almost 2 months I just gave up, and left they Orchard Bank Credit card in my closet.
They charge you an annual fee, but even if you have you credit card like me paid in full they don't send you a notification, reminder or something to your cell phone to let you know that a $49 Annual Membership will be charge to your account.
Because You know you don't own nothing to them, you don't worry until after two months you receive a letter from them that you are late on your payment, what the hell I did paid in full my credit card you said , what is going on someone maybe using my credit !!!!!! but in my already did my setting with Orchard Bank , so if any charge or drop happen into my account to be informed at my email or cell phone.
Well Well Well. this is just shot history of what happen to me , I hope that with the new owner Capital One things will be better.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
