Lied about rates, I paid the price!
Please don't ever try to exchange foreign currency here! I spent WEEKS trying to get to the bottom of their exchange rates to make sure I got the most value out of the euros that I spent years earning before moving back to the US. I spoke to many different representatives and managers at this bank and they all assured me that they were quoting the correct rate, but in the end the final rate I received was a MASSIVE 16% less than what they all told me I was getting!! I am not sure if this is based on LIES or IGNORANCE but either way these people obviously do not understand their own policies and blatantly misled me, offering no sense of remorse or understanding when I asked if they could please help me correct their errors. In the end I lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars by trusting that what they all told me was true. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

Banking is good there if they are open. There's been SEVERAL times I've gone to deposit money after hours & the ATM/Deposit machine is down. I work out of town so I don't get to go during business hours, this makes it very difficult for me. I think a new machine needs to be considered!! Very inconvenient!!Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

Seriously, worst customer service ever
I have been calling all day to talk to someone about my card being shut off (yes, I do have money in my account) and I keep getting the run around. It is NOT shut off for fraudulent activity or anything like that per the 800 number representatives. However, they can't do anything until they talk a specific person at a specific branch. I have heard, "she comes in late on Friday", "she's in a meeting", "she is at lunch" and "I can email her." I have left voicemails and everything. All while I am stuck at work a good 40 minutes away from any branch and can't get anyone to actually do anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING APPARENTLY!!!!!Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
