    T Mobile money services

    I've been an prepaid card holder with tmobile money services for almost an in which I've had my direct deposit set up and processed religiously since the beginning of opening up the account. I had an concern about sending my grandmother money via Western Union and was 1) stated that it was in the terms of conditions that I wasn't able to 2) put on hold up to 3 times (20 mins each) before I just gave up and had to walk so my granny could have money 3) had to deal with the worst customer service in my life! Let's just say I will not continue my service with them!! You shouldn't either!

    Too many fees!

    My employer has just enlisted this bank as our HSA administrator/bank. It is a cumbersome set up process, and now that I am actually set up, I see the list of fees is out of control! They even charge users a monthly fee, an hourly service fee if you need help, as well as a fee to close the account. What a scam!
