    Great customer service

Very infrequent need for their intervention in the past fifty years. When I did have a problem, they took care of it with no problems.

    Hit or miss customer service.

Have had to make several claims of missing money with their bill pay. Also had other issues with getting over $100 in fees caused by bank error. Customer service has taken as long as 3 months to fully resolve some of these issues. Sometimes, I do not even get a response, but they were able to help me with all lost funds. Overall I would recommend another bank to save yourself of this trouble.
