    Not worth your time -- their online and apps never work. You will waste your time like I did :(

    I opened up an account for the great rate - which is where the happy part ends. Getting money moved into the account required a phone call, because the website did not work (it got very confused about another account, which replaced it?? no idea). After that, I never even got to see my money because logging in via the app AND online via desktop both would show "no account found."

    Like others I see here, my experience was absolutely terrible.

    Calling in many times, the people always blamed technical faults and tried to fix, but nothing ever worked. A part of me thought "is my money even there??" so in the interest of caution, I of course closed everything out -- which was done via a bug-filled form on their site that required another phone call since that didn't work either.

    Stay far away. Not worth the hassle. I've wasted two weeks moving money around for this. I would really love to get my time back.

    Great Rates - Poor Service

    Lost count how many times I've been either locked out of my online account, had interminable waits on the phone, or limits placed on how much I could withdraw.

    Most recently attempted to make 2 large electronic deposits to Able Bank, with the both banks acknowledging that the account was verified. The 2 deposits ended up in a Non Post Able bank account, meaning Able was sitting on the deposits for over 2 weeks, making no attempt to determine where the or what bank the 2 deposits had originated from.

    Over a 5 day period, and after spending almost 2 hours on the phones simultaneously, with both banks, the issue got sorted out.

    Able did not even provide the courtesy, even though I asked multiple times, to provide a return call stating the matter had been sorted out.

    Almost Satisfactory Initial Web Chat Account Set up Inquiry

    The agent was direct in responding to all of my inquiries, except when it concerned the full list of fees. A simple yes or no would have more than suffice. Certainly, it would have calm any lingering doubts.
