Poor customer service
I went in and wanted to speak to a personal banker about getting my account fees waived now that I have direct deposit. The scheduler told me the wait was 45 minutes and that I needed to speak to a personal banker to change it. I made an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and could not get anyone to sign me in a first. One of the personal bankers told me she would sign me in. Thirty minutes go by, and I did not know how much longer I would be waiting. The personal banker that signed me in said that the other lady was almost done. The same lady had taken in someone else before me who I am not sure if he an appointment or not. Turns out if I have direct deposit that I'm automatically not charged and the visit was a waste. Appointments need to be taken more seriously and staff need to be trained to be more knowledgeable to take care of small things instead of referring everyone to busy personal bankers as well.
