Bank of America Branch Customer Reviews

Since the bank had the ciber attack they closed all our accounts so we had to re-open all. My husband made an appointment 12/1/12 just to add me in the accounts, he asked them to have the paperwork ready so we could save time. Not only they kept us waiting for more than 45 min. They did not have anything ready; after 25 min of typing the Lady prints the first paper to add my signature in one account.
At this point we are upset we both work and we have 5 different account so we asked her to make a copy of of ID's and have all our documents ready and we would be back; she not only could not do this for us, she said we had to be present while she was working on our accounts, SHE EVEN SUGGESTED SHE COULD CANCEL OUR ACCOUNTS and take our business to another Bank. My husband and I could not believe it; we would had loved to just cancel but we had to switch all our accounts from all the automatic withdraws and is a pain to do it all again.
Can't believe Bank Of America does not care about its clients if the Assistant manager is treating people like this.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
