Bank of America Branch Customer Reviews

Very poor service
I was the victim of internet fraud and was trying to stop a check I issued to the wrong person. I was given false reassurance by Timothy, who later went back on his word saying he never said that, and later when I met the manager, [Redacted], he was initially in a rush and felt I should not have rest easy being the victim of fraud. He did make one phone call which did not help. The authorities were involved as well, and sergeant Mckean from Glastonbury police department also had no help from Bank of America. He wanted his name to be mentioned in my complaint because he was as frustrated as I was with Bank of America. I have closed two of my accounts here and opened accounts with people's united bank. I only have one joint account and locker left which I am in the process of closing as well. Bank of America is useless if the customer actually needs help. Instead of being sympathetic and correctly guiding me and the authorities, they gave us the run around.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
