Foreign currency transaction.
On the March 5 I have tried to buy euro currency. The staff in this branch is not helpful including the manager. I ask the manager to try and get me the currency as soon as possible, I was send to Boston, Natick nobody in this branch would help. In Milford branch they were helpful got my currency next day no problem for them to go that extra mile for customer. I have many accounts in Bank of America I would expect better customer service from Hopkinton branch. I will never use that branch again I do live in Hopkinton MaI rather drive extra mile for the customer service I got in Milford Ma.Thank you for great service Milford Ma 209 E Main St, Suite1
