BANK OF THE WORST (Colo Blvd & Hampden Ave)
I went to the bank at University Hills on Colorado Blvd. I withdrew $100 from my bank account and they gave me $100 from my sister's account!!! The teller (Lucas) totally screwed up. He was not paying attention. Security Breach! The manager (Louie) was threatening, hostile and intimidating towards me when I went to back the branch over my lunch hour to straighten it out by depositing $100 in to her account. Louie said he was "sick and tired" of me and my sister's attitude. I thought he was going to punch me. He said it was just a human-error mistake. I could have cleared out and closed my sister's bank account without her knowledge. My sister called and spoke to Louie about the fact that they took money from her account without her knowledge and Louie was threatening towards her over the phone. How does that happen at a financial institution where our money is supposed to be safe? A few months earlier, I went to the Bank of the West on Hampden Ave and deposited $230. The teller gave me a receipt for $130 and argued me with that I was wrong about the deposit. She didn't want to recount her drawer but I made her. The branch manager was at lunch. It took an hour and another teller to recount and recount her drawer until they found the mistake. No apologies, nothing. Bank lf the West is indeed the Worst.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
