worst bank ever people do not go to citizens Bank

My name is Perkings I'm a citizens bank customer, on Friday 14, 2014 around 6: 30 pm I went to a store to buy something my card was declined which was very embarrassing for me because I had my pay check came in the same day. Citizens bank went into my account took $ 450.00. back in September 2013 citizens bank took $233 for the same transactions. My account was fraud back in July 2014 , I had file a claimed the citizens bank froze my account however they bank kept charging me interest they did not help me with the account that was fraud, that $ 450 they took from the account is interest even the account was froze. I just wanted to let people know that citizens bank is a bad bank do not open account with citizens bank. they gonna take your money. I'm going to post that on Facebook as well, I want the world to know that citizens bank is no good. I'm going to the news also like channel 7 , fox news , channel 5.

    incorrect bank fees

Over the course of a year, I have had about 6 months where I can incorrectly been charged bank service fees. I have well of the minimum amount so as not to have fees. Every time I see the charges, I call my local branch. They are very nice and apologetic on the phone. However, it takes a minimum of 3 phone calls to get it resolved - each month!! This last happened in May, and I was told that it will permanently be fixed and it will never happen again. I did hope that was true - but it wasn't. For June and July I have again been given back fees. They never give me any interest, however they seem to hang onto my $25 fee for as long as possible. Planning on pull all of my money out of this bank, very frustrating!!
