I had 3 checks clear on a Friday yet not post until Saturday, went there to deposit $11.00 to cover a 10 dollars and change balance, was told they cleared "after midnight". That's why they didn't show until Saturday. Of course even though I went there Saturday and they were open for business, the $11.00 didn't "officially" show (even though I saw it) on my account until Monday.
Monday, I had $65 in my account. I went to do a few things, go to a store, and I've got $6. They sucked a $35 overdraft out of the blue later on that day. "Banking doesn't work on weekends" boy they sure had no trouble processing checks after midnight Saturday though. So now I've got $6 for gas to get my kid to school the rest of the week because of this nonsense with these people. No conscience, absolute lowest of the lows. I called, tried to explain, more than once, the first woman was actually argumentative.
Taking money from a single mom with a 6 year old like that, when I was there the minute the door opened to cover a charge that was for a field trip ($10) which my son didn't go on but they cashed the check anyway, unbeknownst to me until that Saturday -- complete scumbags. I'm so done with this bank. Worst bank I've ever seen and I will make sure everyone I know knows it before they do business there. Thieves.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
