In the middle of one of the busiest periods of my working career I get a call from Chase. They are doing some sort of compliance and want me to update my ID and some other info. Not such a problem, under normal circumstances I would just go and give them a copy. However, pushing 100 working hours a week, I try to explain that, a) I don't have that info right now, b) that I won't have time to go in THIS week. Yes, I work every day. Yes, that includes Saturday and Sunday (and though you didn't ask, no I don't have a lunch break, no I don't have time to eat). But they really need it done THIS week... REALLY!? The ID they have on file expired in 2012 and you call me in 2014 saying this CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER WEEK?! Or I could suffer interruption of services?!
