Fifth Third Bank Branch Customer Reviews

This entire bank branch is one of least helpful collections of people I have ever had to work with in a "professional" organization. They say one thing and then 5 minutes later will say something totally different. Their "banker" barely speaks English and has a difficult time performing simple tasks. Their "head teller" wasn't any better and I have seen no other signs of leadership whatsoever. I have had a fifth third (previously Old Kent) account for over 28 years and have only remained loyal due to a grandparent who previously was on the board but as years have passed I have been repeatedly disappointed by this organization and their lack of knowledge, ease, and satisfaction as a business. Will definitely be taking mine and my family's business elsewhere.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

Not Convenient at all. Rips off their customers
I have an auto loan with fifth third. Ford sold them the loan. So anyway here's why fifth third is horrific and should be avoided at all costs.
1. They have no online payment method for an auto loan even though every other bank on the planet has this option. The only way around it is to open a fifth third account, yeah **** that.
2. They charge you $15 to take a payment by phone. Yep, every single time, and you cannot setup multiple payments unless you are behind on your loan.
3. Every single time you call, you need to answer questions about your phone number. I'm not just talking the annoying but necessary security questions, they ask you for a new phone number every damn time you call.
4. No automated phone bill pay unless you are behind on your loan.
I've tried to talk to managers and even went to twitter for answers. Fifth third says they are "the convenient bank"? Ha my ***. They do whatever it takes to get more money from you and aren't convenient in the least. Avoid them like the plague, you will be grateful.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
