PNC Bank Branch Customer Reviews
GJReviewed By George J. Nov 8, 2013
This bank has the worst management. The teller supervisor Eva has the nastiest attitude imaginable. The branch manager Lucy believes she is loyalty and treats the employees along with her buddy Eva the teller supervisor like dirt. Some of the tellers are very nice along with a few of the personal bankers. The problem with this branch is management. They are hillbillies from a different country who got decent positions who think it is okay to speak a different language in front of costumers and treat everybody like trash. I would never bank here as I have witnessed this first hand ( I prefer not to mention my relation to the company or name for confidentiality purposes) and regret every day worked there. When you step into that branch it is almost like stepping into different country you will rarely hear any English dialect. Do not bank here, the costumers who go through this branch are an entire topic of their own. They are the most miserable dumb immigrants on the face of this planet. They do not know how to use their debit cards or engage in on line or telephone banking instead they pile through the drive through and line up every payday until you literally have to wait 20 minutes to reach a representative due their lack of understanding of the English language. The branch manager thinks it is okay to harass the employees along with the disgusting looking teller supervisor for useless things because their own lives have always been pathetic and miserable. In all if you are an American don't go there these people will smile at you but trust me they talk mad smack about you in Polish.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
