They Have No Idea What They Are Doing With Their New Credit Cards - Total Incompetence
Their new card division is run by idiots/incompetents
1. They mail out new cards two weeks before they become active, but have no means to report a stolen card until activation date - certainly no one would carry the new card!
2. The only phone number to call before activation date - activates the card effective the upcoming activation date which cannot be reported as stolen
3, if you called during work hours before activation date you are told they can do nothing until activation date, but since card has been activated, it will become usable on that date though it can't be used until activation date. 4 calling them on the activation date: there is a 1/2 hour wait while they tell you of their outstanding customer service
4. You get someone and they deactivate 4 of 5 related cards telling you all cards except stolen card are ok - and since they each have a different number you foolishly think they know what they are saying
5. You find out cards are deactivated despite having been told they are supposed to work - takes another 1/2 wait to talk with someone since it doesn't fit anyThank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
