TD Bank Branch Customer Reviews
DReviewed By daved75 Jan 14, 2017
They always keep this branch understaffed and will take way too long for service. One glance at all the unavailable desks and teller stations contrasting with the number of employees and its obvious they are trying to squeeze all the can from their staff. The branch manager just stares at her phone as pandemonium ensues. The assistant branch manager stays with her one customer while the supervisor guy somehow takes deposits, fixes the coin arcade, ATM Card printer, manages customers waiting for CSRs and gets money from the vault before assisting more customers in the safety box room all while addressing new customers walking into the bank to assure them they'll be seen asap. If it weren't for him I'd have zero respect for this branch. Small TD locations can get by with just a few on staff but not this one. Management must be greedy and making a fortune. Hope they never have to reply on the younger staff for a job one day when they get fired!Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

when i started my company in the fall of 2011 in new york , it was suggested to me that td bank would be good for my business. This seemed a good idea, until november 28 of 2011, on that day, while opening the door to enter the td bank on 57 street in new york,a rectangular metal object approximately weighing 8 pounds, fell off the door barely missing my head and landing on my left foot. After being helped to one of the offices ,helped by two customers and one td bank employe, the customer called 911. I was taken to the e. R. Room at roosevelt st lukes hospital. I have suffered serious discomfort pain, and was forced to wear an open sandal throughout the winter. Have made several visits to roosevelt st lukes hospital and pay out of pocket for physical therapy. My foot got seriously damaged and i was kept out of aktion for several month. Causing my business to suffer a serious setback resulting in lost time and income. I have been told to hire a lawyer and sue all parties. I am not litigious and dont have the time to engage in some protracted lawsuit which will take a few years from now. I would however prefer to be compensated for my lost time and income and out of pocket exspenses. (still paying tor treatments out of pocket)
i had to cancel one auction for valentine day 2012)
i want to move on and devote my time and energy to my business, that brought me to td bank in the first place. (it takes a lot at this times to start your own business)
i did send a letter with copies to the chairman of board , mr. Edmund clark, to toronto canada, lets see if there is an answer? Waiting now for over a year for td bank to do right. Annegret
ps. I have copies from ambulance, hospital etc. Also please let me know what you would do??Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
