Pleasant But The Exception Of One Employee
I have banked with td bank for 10 plus years. My wife and i make weekly deposits and transactions every weekend. We receive pleasant and speedy services from your staff but, the exception of one staff member. I assume he is a greeter/security who needs customer service training. From the time we enter the branch he is cold and makes us feel very uncomfortable he will follow us and steer at us with saying a word but yet, he will greet and offer assistance to young women or people of non-color.
I have on occasion complemented him on his attire or said good morning. He would not respond. He would continue his secret service demeanor you would think after going there every weekend for the pass ten years he would let up and accept that minorities are customers too. If things don't change we will take our business elsewhere. Hey! My wife says that there is a chase bank on the same block and we will call it a decade.
