Wells Fargo Branch Customer Reviews

Completely racist to white people.
I have been with Wells Fargo since 1965. All through the changes of my finances they have all ways been extremely helpful and supportive. When I had extra sensitive statements with "their " account numbers on them, they always told me to bring them in to shred for security purposes. Their idea not mine.Today, I was greeted with no one I recognized. I saw no one I knew. I told the teller what I needed done. She gave a funny look, said she never heard of such a thing, got her so called branch manager, (he had no business card with his name printed on it). When she was talking to him, he had to lean over and see who she was talking about. It shouldn't matter how I look. He then came over and basically berated me for even thinking I could ask to have my statements taken care of. As of late I have seen other people being helped in the same way. But they were Asian, as were the teller and the manger. But not me, I'm white. Yes I said it. I am so sick of everyone playing the race card at the drop of a hat. So it has taken a tremendous push from those jerks at the bank for me to call Wells Fargo on the carpet. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would feel discriminated enough to make a formal statement. I have seen this type of behavior time and time again on the news, in the stores, even at my work and I have turned a blind eye to it, but no more. Everyone needs to understand that racism isn't done to everyone else but white people, it's done to white people far more than anyone thinks, and it needs to stop!Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
