$45,000 Withdrawal Debited Twice. By Wells Fargo...oops

On 9-27-12 i transferred $45,000 into my checking account at wells fargo, the eagan branch. On 10-23-12 i went into that bank and withdrew the $45,000 in the form of a cashier check, leaving a balance of about $4,400. The next transaction was a $90. 65 eft, which the bank bounced. And then they transferred $12,794 into my checking account from my wells fargo credit card/line of credit which they labeled as an 'overdraft xfer' even though at that point there was no overdraft. On 10-24-12 they charged my checking account with a $35 overdraft fee. Then they debited my account $45,000 again for the cashiers check!

They have put all the money back where it belongs as of this morning, but no explanation of why the overdraft transfer was made as of the 23rd - before the overdraft (which was their mistake, not mine) occurred. Also, when i called the 800 number on the 24th i talked to 3 different people , one could barely speak english, one said it would take 10 days to fix it, and one asked me if this was an atm transaction. An atm transaction? I asked her if she was incompetent. If i had made a $45,000 mistake to my checking account it would no doubt end up costing me several hundred if not several thousand dollars. I count 4 separate mistakes ; i figure i should at least get $35 each which is the nsf fee they charge.

Plus a person apology from the bank president. And an explanation for the overdraft xfer was dated the day before the overdraft.
