30 Years Of Banking With Them. Customer Service Inconsistent.
We wanted to increase our line of credit because we are building a second garage. It took two hours, the service rep was not the brightest bulb on the porch, following a script word for word, repeating the obvious, etc. He said he would be calling us back once he knew if we had approval, and then we got a call from a woman in las vegas who shared way too many personal stories, told us we were approved, but it would be best if we went into the branch because they could get this done right away, which was not true when we went in the next day.
Two days later, it was approved, and one of our contractors had our check bounce back for insufficient funds even thought the banker we talked to said that there were sufficient funds. This has never happened in our 27 years of marriage and we felt awful for the contractor who could not get paid. We have left multiple messages and the banker has not called us back. It has just been the worst customer experience i have ever had. I tried to find out who on the executive team runs customer experience, and i was unable to find any of their senior executives on their website being responsible for what you would think is the most important part of their business, customer care.
