Wells Fargo Branch Customer Reviews
DReviewed By Dannydupler Jun 2, 2015
I've been with Wells Fargo for nearly two decades. I've had my ups and downs at different locations but no other branch has been as disrespectful and incompetent as the branch in Corinth, Texas. My first negative experience was with Sarah a tax advisor. Sarah spoke down to me and acted as if it was a chore for her to assist me with a few questions on penalty taxes that the personal banker could not answer. The personal banker Shamara not only raised her voice at me while rushing through my paperwork ( to sit with her friend who was waiting to see her) she gave my personal information that was printed out to another customer who walked out of the branch. I became irritated that my privacy and Social Security was compromised and asked if I should return another time so she could talk with her friend. This upset her and she continued to be short then raised her voice as I had questions on my retirement deposits. I asked about my options for different accounts and she said I had limited options then print out papers that had multiple options available for me. Obviously she got her commission and just didn't want to waste anymore time with me as she had a friend waiting. I've since consider transferring to another bank. Now a week later I get paperwork saying that she fill out the incorrect information and I now need to refill out an entire form that I did while I was in the branch. What is a shame is my encounter with separate employees happened two different days and a manager did not step in at any point to help the rude and incompetent employees. It seems that the majority if not all the workers at this branch are young and inexperienced. They lack both banking training and basic social skills. Had I known this prior I would have avoided this branch altogether. My advice is to find a branch other than Wells Fargo in Corinth, Texas or just go to a different bank altogether.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
