    More Sales Oriented Than Helpful

    The west banker i spoke with was nice, but i got the impression they were more interested in having me open the account management was pushing instead of the account i needed. I said no thanks and went to another bank instead.

    Customer for 33 years with many personal and business accounts during that time.

    Over the years I have observed what was once a personal and helpful bank, become a highly impersonal institution, with misinformed, uninterested, short-sighted employees. Although it will take research and time, I plan to migrate all my accounts away from this bank. I feel that even an online bank would offer more personalized and intelligent banking. My business and personal accounts require and deserve more than West Bank is willing or able to offer.
