Everything has been excellent with the exception of one very bad experience

Everyone at US Bank has been very helpful and unfortunately there was no on at my branch to do home loan origination so they gave me the name of someone who should have been able to help me in Albuquerque, his name is Harvey Secor NMLS#841524. When I called him he immediately wanted to know who gave me his number. I told him what I was trying to do and I would be going through the VA since I had multiple tours in Iraq and he said he would be down in Las Cruces in a few weeks and talk to him them and abruptly got off the phone. I called him a week later and he acted like we never talked and he tried to get off the phone as soon as he could, I tried to remind Mr. Important of the sacrifices I made but he hung up on me. I contancted another loan originator from us bank and explained my situation and received great service. As far as this Secor guy, I have never met a more disrespectful person and would love to meet the coward face to face.

Don't trust this bank with your money.....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGER WONT COME OUT OF THE BACK TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER. I put a stop payment on a transaction and was charge $35 for the stop payment fee. The bank paid the transaction anyway and now will do nothing to correct the situation. I am closing this account. You trust the bank to handle your money and then they play games and hold your money.. and there is nothing you can do about it.....At US bank the machines have more control than the humans.... they have no way to override the machines..... DON'T TRUST US BANK THEY WILL DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT WITH YOUR MONEY AND THEN TELL YOU TO POUND SAND.....

No rewards credit card

The link to redeem my flex perks rewards has been broken 2-3 wks. When I call I get get transferred to a personal banker who has no idea what to do & transfers back to rewards. Their customer service is beyond useless & now I don't have time to cash my rewards in time to have what I wanted for a vacation. It's an ongoing issue they're not interested in resolving, so I will discontinue use of this non-rewards card w/an exorbitant annual fee & subsequently move my accounts elsewhere. Think long & hard before doing business w/US Bank, yet another large corporation who couldn't possibly care less about their customers.
