I would newer ever recomend this bank. I have car loan with them and they make everything so difficult. And do not negotiate. If you want to make easy payment they make it so difficult. You have to print paper sent it to them. When they send some paper work back to you and you send it again. Awful!!!
Been with USBank over 3 years, my account has been hacked every year, and Im the one that has to catch it and do their work for them, takes very long and of course its never their fault, all customer service people I have worked with have been fairly rude and talk over you.. New bank here I come.
We had our mortgage sold to this bank. The way my husband's checks go we pay a little late every month, but around the same time every month. We email them to let them know the date the check will be sent out and it's always sent on that day. We receive about 8-10 calls a week from them until the check is received. We call and they tell us unless we tell them the exact date the payment would be sent out the check could get sent back. We tell them and yet are constantly called even BEFORE the mortgage is late! What bank will send a payment BACK for not telling them an exact date for a payment???? Do they not want your money??? They are ALWAYS rude and inconsiderate and NEVER understanding or helpful. It is horrible customer service! I would never, EVER, pick this bank on my own for any needs.
