Unbelievably incompetent, rob accounts and cannot execute simple procedure
Send my atm card to wrong country, take funds from account to pay, fraudulent jobber, after being told and agreeing not to do so. sent checks to wrong place, sent ATM card to wrong place, cannot forward without placing another order...
