Bad Customer Service by phone in reference to Mortgages!!
Just called and really I felt that I was talking with somebody so unfriendly... she explained some guidelines in Harp Program and I felt like I was talking with a robot. I want to ask and be answered in a nice atitude... pls Chase ch...
