I've Been Over Charged Multiple Times, Twice In One Day For The Same Amount And The Same Item.

I've been over charged for nsf multiple times since i moved to florida from seattle. Twice in one day on one occasion for the same amount and the same item. This has happened so many times that i'm seriously considering closing all my accounts because of this and and another problem which is "bill pay. " i have set up to pay some of my bill through bill pay. Two accounts weren't paid as it was set up to do. Bank of america never informed me that the payment wasn't paid.. So it went unpaid for almost 1 and a half months. This impacted my credit report. The worst thing about it was it wasn't my fault.

think twice before going here

I recently moved to Florida and wanted to be sure my account addresses and information was up to date. There was a line out the door for customers. The manager informed me there was a two hour wait to see a representative. So much for customer service. As a premiere customer, you would think they would like to keep my business. I will be moving to another bank.

Rude customer service

After waiting in line 20 minutes, I was finally called over to the counter to make a deposit. The teller's name is Melissa and she was extremely rude. When I handed the deposit to her she pushed it back at me and told me to sort the money. I was confused and shocked! I said " isn't that your job?" She said no and proceeded to fold her arms and stare me down, waiting for me to sort the money. I refused so she said she couldn't help me and moved on to the next customer.

I am not one to complain and I typically try to avoid all confrontation. I have only had pleasant experiences at this bank in the past. I have never been told to sort out the money or had anyone ever flat out refuse to help me. As I understand it is not the banks policy to require customers to sort their own deposits. Maybe she was having a bad day but that is no way to treat people
