Checking Accounts

TD Convenience Checking, TD Beyond Checking and TD Simple Checking are the bank’s traditional checking options. TD Simple, for instance, carries a $5.99 monthly fee but it has no minimum balance requirement. TD Convenience Checking

TD Convenience Checking, on the other hand, has a higher monthly fee but it’s easily waived for customers who meet the low minimum balance requirement or you are age 17 through 23. TD Beyond Checking is an interest-bearing account that also features the added benefit of non-TD Bank ATM fee reimbursement when your minimum daily balance is $2,500 or higher.

Additionally, the TD 60 Plus Checking account is designed for seniors who frequently use standard checks, money orders, official bank checks and paper statements.

Savings Accounts

If you’re looking for a way to save, you can choose from TD Simple Savings, TD Growth Money Market or TD Beyond Savings accounts. The rates are higher for money market and Beyond Savings accounts. You can also get a rate bump when you link your savings to another TD Bank account or banking product.

All of TD Bank’s savings and money market accounts come with a free ATM card that you can use at thousands of ATMs in the U.S. and Canada. If you want to lock your money in to earn a higher interest rate, you can also save in a TD Bank CD. These have terms ranging from three months to five years.

Credit Cards

TD Bank offers several credit cards to suit any spending style. There are cards that offer cash back rewards, as well as cards that offer travel rewards and all of TD Bank’s cards have a $0 annual fee. You can manage your credit cards, along with your checking and savings accounts, through the TD Bank mobile app or with online banking.

TD Bank has very responsive customer service but if you don’t have time for a call, you can ask questions through TD Helps. Here, you can get detailed responses about all of your banking questions in a matter of minutes from a TD Bank team member. You can also browse through previously asked and answered questions. That’s an invaluable feature and one that you won’t always find at other banks.
