Applied a loan with the bank and basically i am working with robot during the process. The person who deal with my loan is not a professional and did not ask the right question. It is a totally wasting my time (20+ days) and money ($500+). Emails do not work well, fax is the only way to communicate and many time even not work. I have to fax the same documents again and again couple time and they still claim not received them. I have to print them out and bring them to the local branch, and they still send me auto-generated emails saying missing documentations.
Unbelievable. I filed a complain with their mortgage department, they do not even bother to return my email. I applied new mortgage and several refinance before and all of those are very straightforward and never has a problem. I always have a person to work with and call will be picked or returned. My calls to td always go to voice mail and the voice mail stated they will return my call within 6 business hours, but i never got any returned calls. I do not understand why they even bother to have a such broken mortgage processing department. They should all be fired. How they can claim america's most convenient bank? It is truly a shame. Stay away from them for any loan application. I won't recommend it for anyone.
After purchasing 3 gift cards in the amount of $25 for my college son I found that the monies were eaten up with a $2.50 service charge leaving $7.50 on each card. Contacted the toll free number, went to the TD branch and horrible customer service. Really disappointment in how TD bank was non-responsive. I am a long time TD Bank customer. Warning - do not buy TD gift cards.
I try reaching them st their 1888 7519000 number and for the past few days cannot get anyone its always a 15 to 20 minute hold time. Since when are you this overwhelmed? Try hiring more employees in those offices downtown center city that i pay all my fees for. You can all get bent. Your branch on frankford and unruh aren't any better. They can usually at this discretion remove overdraft fees but 9 out of ten will not remove one single overdraft fee. Knowing it was only three days before my nevt eft was going tobe in their bank.
TD Bank has taken $210. 00 in od fees and nsf fees year to date. I am on disability because i have memory impairment caused by an automobile accident. Sometimes i forget to balance my checking account but its never ever more than double digits that my next eft cannot take care of. I hate your bank and how i get treated. K should have kept that money someone dropped outside of your td bank on cottman and bustleton aves
