I have had two fraudulent issues on my account so at last i went to close my account and was dumb enough to open another now they froze my new account cause of overdraft fees from my old account that should have been closed. I spoke to the supervisor of overdraft dept and he was rude. They do not know how to treat their customers
I did some business with TD Bank recently and was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. It was a great experience.
