I have had two fraudulent issues on my account so at last i went to close my account and was dumb enough to open another now they froze my new account cause of overdraft fees from my old account that should have been closed. I spoke to the supervisor of overdraft dept and he was rude. They do not know how to treat their customers
I love going there! The guys i know really well, gary, garfield, layla, shelby, and robert etc. They really know my name and if i need to check my status, they are always there to help and they know i would come to take some money out and while i'm wating, they ask how i'm doing, etc.
