I was with this bank for 18 years,
last time i was there i asked if i would be charged for cashiers check,afther i swiped my atm card they loked at my account and told me that i would not be charged for cashiers check, i left the bank , when i went back 20 minutes latter i was told that i would be charged $10.00 for each cashiers check?????? i was surprised how come they changed the olicy in 20 min, anyway i do not like theyre service anymore i closed the account, also i ben told that if i dont use my ATM card 20 times a month i would be charges monthly fee $5.00
I was a customer at this bank today. I had come in to deposit my paycheck. There was a line, and I needed to use the restroom. I asked where it was...I was told I could not have access to it...and referred to McGoo's Bar...a short drive across the parking lot! The manager was rude! McGoo's Bar's employees greeted me when I entered with "you must be a Wells Fargo Customer" and politely pointed the way to the Jane. I'm a 63 year old lady, that has no intention of continuing to do business with a bank that won't even allow access to a bathroom! What a degrading attitude...customer service bylined as priority....lollipops, marble floors, and little give away gray ponies that poop on customers! I have not had my account long...but am closing it! Any organization that will conduct itself in this disrespectful manner toward customers does not deserve trust or business!
They just left me with no debit card no money and shut down all my account with no asking this is never happening with all the bank in the world who the hell in the word deliver same debit card information in 2 card and shut them off when they want worse. Do not bank at Wells Fargo if u order new card and get lost in mail any one can activate it because it has same information like the one you are using.
