Poor Natalie Westerman getting confused for National Westminster Bank (UK), and tweeted at all day long about their poor customer service and other problems. She repeatedly redirects but I guess if I was getting these tweets I'd just make a new twitter account at some point. It's not going to get any better soon, Natalie.
