Very poor
Chase allowed 5 different checks of almost $2000.00 to be deposited or cashed against my account without proper verification. All they did was verify that this person had my driver's license and a credit cards-- which were invalid. So...

So far so good!!
I'm a person that's very concerned about security and customer service. One of the biggest frauds going around now is when crooks deposit a check against your account and ask for the money right away without the check clearing first....
