Great Card!

Great Bank! I have their discover it card and couldn't be happier!

Use http://bit.ly/1lYg8Qy

for a $50 BONUS upon approval!

Currently I have earned $75 cash back this month JUST for using the card for gas. Next month starts their Christmas bonus which pretty much gives you 5% cash back using any store you would normally shop at during the holiday season! This starts in October. Last year I earned the max cash back just by shopping Amazon!!

What do I use my cashback on? That is easy! I pay my bill! Simple as that!

Where is my TD Visa Payment?

For years I have done business with CIBC Visa and Caisse Populaire. On the internet site I would tell the Caisse to pay my CIBC visa on a specific day and CIBC Visa received my payment that day.

My card was recently changed to TD Visa. Now when I try to pay my Visa bill the same way as before but my payment never shows up on that due day. I am told by TD Visa it takes 3 to 5 days for my money to go from the Caisse Populaire to the TD Visa payment. I could see this if mail was used to transfer my payment, but in today's electronic system is should only take seconds.

So the big question is, where is my money during these 3 to 5 days, it is not in my Caisse account and it has not paid my TD Visa.

I think this is a big money grab by the TD Visa / TD Bank. With probably millions of dollars they are holding on to, I would like to see what kind of interest they collect from this scheme. Surely TD Visa can be a little more efficient than 3 to 5 days.

TD Ripoff card

About nine months ago I received a secured TD Cash Rewards VISA credit card. Recently I made a $500 online payment via another account at Citizens Bank. I find that TD will not take fund transfers from another bank. So, Citizens cut them a check and sent it to them. TD received the payment the following day and recorded it on their online site. I was told that it wasn't posted until 6 days after that and that the funds would not be available for 7 more days while they were being verified. That is today and the funds still are not available! When I called their 888 number I was told that the funds would not available until midnight tonight. That's tomorrow! So the verification process is really 8 days. That means TD has sat on my money for 2 weeks. Card Services was ZERO help (3 management levels). I do believe that this is the 21st Century and there are such things as computers which can clear a check in minutes if not seconds. Just wondering how much they made on my money. Stay away from TD.....Bad card, Bad service, Bad policies

Good Card

I do like my Chase Card. The customer service has been great when I need them and the online access is simple and effective. I got this card when I was 19 and had newer/low credit. Now that it's built up and I have different needs I might start looking into a different card. As nice and cash back and gift cards are, airline miles take the cake on my stage in life. Also, Chase likes to up your credit limit periodically.

I started with $1500 and there have been 3 or 4 limit boosts without my request and currently have over $5000 limit that I almost never use. That might be a pro or a con depending on what you're using the card for. I rather appreciated the limit raises, helped me buy my wife's engagement ring when the time came. I'm not sure how it works with other companies, but I've never seen my limit go up before this card.

Hope that info helps! Good luck.

Great card, even with low credit

First, this card is amazing! I don't have the best credit but was approved for $2500 limit! I then transferred my limits from my other chase cards making this freedom card have a limit of $3800. [Redacted]

I would highly recommend this card to everyone. I have 3 cards with Chase (Well had, I combined them all to one except for my Amazon Card).

Great Card!

First, I have been a chase customer forever with a chase slate but slate doesn't really offer anything like cash back. I decided to try for a freedom and was approved instantly for $2,500! I then emailed chase and they moved $1,200 in credit to my freedom which gave me over $3000 in credit!

If you would like to try them for yourself this link will give you $100 cash back bonus!

Again, as I really like the chase freedom card and mainly applied for it because I needed one for my vacation this year to disney! I needed something with a higher credit limit than any of the cards i had. I was very happy with the limit chase gave me especially since Credit Karma and other sites have my approval odds listed as "poor"

Reasonable card for college student. Perfect option for me.

I have limited credit history and small accounts but this is one of the cards I used regularly over 2 years. Great bonus and cash back. I'm getting rewarded for using credit cards wisely. Ultimately, it's easy to use this card.
