“very bad dispute service”
Throughout several transaction disputes, I quit Discover in my life. They always stand on the side of the evil enterprises. They always believe the scam people, not the customers happily using the high rate cash back. Discover never cares about their customers. For the future safety, I stop all their services. I dispute the same cases through VISA, and VISA always takes care of my cases carefully. They keep tracking and figuring out what happened and happening. VISA does listen to their customers.
If you meet any fraud transaction, do not expect you will get the money back since Discover will not help you at all. They will reverse the dispute whatever proof you provide to them.

“Scarry”
I was logged into my password-secured Amazon account. A pop-up appeared stating that if i signed up for an Amazon credit card, I could purchase a Chromebook for $199.00 and have 6 months to pay...interest free. I clicked "agree."
A month later the back-ordered laptop arrived. A month passed. There was no evidence of the transaction in my Amazon account. I emailed Amazon and was told by them, that the Credit Card sometimes takes longer to arrive. time passed. I emailed Amazon again...they could find no evidence of the transaction in my account. A called Amazon and was told to go to chase.com. I stated that I never signed up for a Chase Card.I could not access the site because a credit card was necessary. Amazon gave me a telephone number for Chase. Chase people are very rude. I told them I never signed up for a chase card, and never received a credit card. A week later a bill from Chase arrived for almost $400.00 and included late fees and interest. What happened was: Chase, without my knowledge or permission (I was in my password secure Amazon account) changed my Amazon billing information and my address then sent the credit card, bills. and who know what else to someone else. I told chase I did not contract with them...had no idea they were behind the offer (I didn't see Chase printed anywhere) I never received the card. the interest free 6 months....There was no evidence of any transaction in my Amazon account.
I consider Chase's actions fraudulent and although I love Amazon, I have not done business with them since.

“Good grocery store card, great gas card, and a better Amazon card than Amazon's own card”
This is our primary card on file at Amazon.com, where transactions are processed with their book store MCC, even when you're not buying books. That means it earns 5% on up to $750/month there. So unless you exceed $1250 at Amazon (plus other book stores), this is a better card than Amazon's own 3% card or the Citi Forward card (2.5% cash or about 3 to 5% in merchant-specific gift cards).
The $250 cap on gasoline is plenty for most families, but groceries these days will surpass the $250 cap for all but the most frugal grocery shopper with more than one mouth to feed.
We've had this card since before they switched to Barclay. Account management through Barclay's web site is much more smooth, polished and useful than the previous Sallie Mae web site. One really nice feature is that they show the number of points earned for each purchase as they post to the account daily. So you can quickly confirm whether or not each retailer is earning a bonus. I've only seen that service at one other card (US Bank Cash+). I'd like to see that idea catch on with competing cards.
Not only that, but in my experience, the points become available for redemption almost immediately -- no waiting for the statement date (or even longer). That surprised me, and I've never seen that offered elsewhere.
We never carry a balance, so I've never paid attention to their fees, charges and interest rates. Accordingly, my ratings for should not be given any credibility. I would have left those ratings blank here if there were a way to do that.

“Poor - Not Acceptable”
Small Business Saturday - Nov 24th.
The Idea is to support a small business by spending $25 at a small business American Express issues $25 credit to your account! I called and asked for details and well explained and also mentioned that additional cards member would be qualified for the same $25 credit by spending $25 Plus on Small Business Day.
1) there was propblem when I tried to register my card - one line at the middle of the screen. I called American Express, Agent assured me the card was registered and I will see that authomatic credit within max 72 hours. t he same for additional card members
2)we spend more than $25 on each card. watied more than 72 hours. No credit issued to our account.
3)Called again. This time the agent mentioned. it takes One billing cycle.
4)Called again. This time mentioned it is 60 days. after transaction
5)I called again. this time I was on hold forever, connected to India. and agent mentioned Sir you have never been registered you are not qualified.
6) looks like SCAM - and Poor Customer Service. We would have used other cards and would not waste so much time on calling this company. hard to Trust.

“NOT 9.24%”
I have been a customer of T Bank for the past 14 years. I applied for this card, which was offered with a rate of between 9.24% - 23.24%, expecting the 9.24% rate. My credit score is high, I have not missed or been late with auto payments in the last 3 years, no banckruptcies or judgements - ever. To my horror, I received the cards with the worst and maximum rate of 23.24%.
I went to my branch manager in Aberdeen who said he will look into it and will "call me tomorrow". That was 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call.
I spoke with Debbie in the credit call center who had no explanation and promised "someone from corporate will call back". I've been waiting 4 weeks for that call.
I called Debbie again 2 days ago and she again promised that someone wold call me back. This did not happen either.
I am ashamed to be a customer of TD Bank. They pay the lowest rates for savings accounts in the United States and charge the highest rates for loans and credit cards. If I do not hear back from W. Edmund Clark hinself, Chairman of the Board of TD Bank by the close of business TODAY, I will close my:
Personal Checking Account
Savings Account
MOney Market Account
and Business Checking Account
and I will continue to post my experience on these websites.
I suspect that the bank NEVER intended to give ANYONE the 9.24% rate. I also see how much they care by ignoring me.

“One of the best credit card experiences to date!”
Aside from one of the most reasonable rate and fee structures on the market today, what excites me most about the Barclaycard Ring is the fact that we have a community of users that Barclaycard interacts with and respects. With many, many years of experience, I can honestly say that it's a breath of fresh air dealing with Barclaycard - you can actually sit down and have an intelligent & logical conversation with them.
Oh, and you can use their mobile app to access your Ring account now.

“Very good service”
Everytime I went to the bank, the attention was correct and I did not spend more than 10 minutes. The attention by telephone and email is very good too.
