If you do not already have chase bank here is my recommendation as to why not to use them: tried to set up automatic car payments. First off the rep i spoke with months ago didn't inform me of extra interest for paying in grace period so i have been loosing money. I'm waiting for a call back from a manager, within 24-48 hrs after being transferred 2 times, 3 employees, including one senior specialist (like css rep) & wasting 1hr 22mins 20seconds.
They cannot allow me to reactivate the checking account i set up 5 months ago until thursday when they process a credit to me under $1 again. The online banking is horrible. Customer service was good until today when i found out about not knowing i'm being charged extra interest and the first two employees should have told me they needed to transfer me because they could not help me. I'm not happy with chase bank!
Chase is the worst institution ever in terms of discrimination against ethnic minirities including African Americans. The vicious tactics of its founder seem to be the pillars of the corporate culture of Chase. No matter what, non-white will find it increasingly difficult to secure a loan from Chase. It looks That their underwriters evaluate credit applications on the basis of names, religion, ethnic background and thieves stood discriminatory parameters .
All miniorities should boycott CHASE and expose it's biased culture to the public. It is a moral responsibility to stand against this institution which represents the ugliest face of capitalism since inception.
I had the most awful experience with a lender at chase name Joshua Sammeter at the branch in Arizona. I was working with him as a lender, we were approve for a home loan and all requested document were sent to him. We will call and leave messages and email and would not get a response until days later. We tried to get status on our loan process and was not able to get in touch with him. we lost the contract we had on the home we were tying to purchase. we lost our $1000 deposit, $400 inspection fees and $400 appraisal charges and still has not spoken to Joshua Sammeter to check the status of our loan.
