Online banking needs an upgrade! Employees need to be trained better and transfer when it is needed not waste my time!

If you do not already have Chase bank here is my recommendation as to why NOT to use them: Tried to set up automatic car payments. First off the rep I spoke with months ago didn't inform me of extra interest for paying in grace period so I have been loosing money. I'm waiting for a call back from a manager, within 24-48 hrs after being transferred 2 times, 3 employees, including one senior specialist (like css rep) & wasting 1hr 22mins 20seconds. They cannot allow me to reactivate the checking account I set up 5 months ago until Thursday when they process a credit to me under $1 again. The online banking is horrible. Customer service was good until today when I found out about not knowing I'm being charged extra interest and the first two employees should have told me they needed to transfer me because they could not help me. I'm not happy with Chase bank!

Longtime Customer - very satisfied

I have been a customer at Chase for many years. They have always been very helpful and friendly. Once, I had some trouble and over drew my account twice in a row. They charged me two $34 fees but reversed them upon request. Another time, someone evidently stole my card number and did some shopping in places i don't go. Chase called me immediately and I had my money back in my account in less than an hour. I'm staying with Chase thank you.

Cash Deposit Policy Last Straw

Chase now requires consumer account holders to make cash deposits personally. You can't have someone else put cash in your account. It's ridiculous. I'm moving my 2 business and 2 personal accounts to a local credit union. I advise all others to do the same.

This profit hunger monster does nothing for its' clients but create hurdles and say no. Good riddance too big to fail Chase and the egomaniac CEO Jamie "Greedy" Dimon that runs it. Perhaps if you hadn't been manipulating the market you wouldn't have had to pay billions in restitution to cover the Madoff gang and then subsequently force your consumer depositors to jump through hoops to make a cash deposit. Once again, someone else pays for your misdeeds. You may get my tax money from crooked politicians but I will not longer willingly donate another dime. FOAD.
