Either add more ATM's in Denton TX or stop ******* charging me for using other ones. The ONE ATM you have there doesn't work, it won't take anyone's debit card. You advertise for having an ATM on every block, this is not the case, and I've reported you to the BBB for not having a feedback option as well as charging me each time for using other ATM's because you won't fix yours or add more. Every time I call in I get an agent that is rude, short, interrupts me every time I try to say something, and I'm tired of it. It's pathetic that your ATM offers better customer service than your customer service agents.
Last time I will go here and considering closing my account altogether. Today I made a deposit where the teller made a mistake in not counting right and I pointed out to her there was a mistake, she told me there was no mistake and she was sorry? I ended up getting ripped off which is very annoying and ridiculous. Not to mention I've been under "credit card fraud" 3 different times which had caused them to lock my card each time and me finding out at a cash register where my card was declined 2 of the times, resulting in me having to hold up a line, call Chase bank, and wait 5 minutes talking to someone to fix it, then waiting another (they advice 3-4 minutes) after hanging up for the card to be assured to work. Waste of MY time and extremely frustrating. Unfortunately after this ordeal, the banks are already closed as I would LOVE to go withdraw my money and cancel my account right this second, that's how upset I am.
We have been having ongoing problems with chase but here's the latest and the one that broke this camel's back.
My husband and I booked a flight to Kauai. The transaction was declined even though we had $20,000 in this account (one of several that we have with them). When we went back to the airline there were no seats left except the ones that offer more leg room and had to pay an additional 165.00 to book the flight. Chase has decided that even though they were the ones who declined the transaction they have no responsibility to reimburse us for the additional fee we incurred due to their incompetence because "they didn't charge us so they can't reimburse us"! They won't release my funds but I am some how responsible. It is incomprehensible to me that no one at this bank save an employee at our local branch understands how grossly unfair this is. We will be closing all accounts with Chase as soon as we get back to the mainland. Unfortunately I am forced to give the rating of 1 to them on the accompanying survey...they don't deserve even that!! Oh and by the way, even though we booked our flight using this account the first few transactions on the island were also questioned by them. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing at this bank.
