We have had many relationships with many banks over the last 40+ years, personally and in our business ventures. They came in all shapes and sizes and they all met our needs - because we didn't do business with those that fell short.
Our only relationship with Brand Bank is through the Flowery Branch office and we can honestly say that Melinda and her associates are the best we have ever worked with - the best. The Flowery Branch team has certainly lived up to your objectives of real banking and real service - with a friendly smile.
Coming into the branch is always a treat: we feel welcome and well taken care of. After we leave, we always talk about who we met with, what we accomplished, how pleasant everyone is, how efficiently our business is handled - and most of all, we wish that everyone who deals with customers would understand the importance of real service (with a smile). It really means a lot to us.
One last thing: our grandkids call my wife "BB" because she prefers that to the usual "Grandsomething" names - so your new logo is perfect for us!
I have banked with Brand Bank for more than 15 years, primarily with the Flowery Branch location. I have always received stellar service and the ladies at Flowery Branch are so friendly and helpful! I usually have my 2 young children in tow and they are just as attentive and courteous to them as well.
I have worried with all the new changes being implemented, that Brand Bank would start feeling like just another 'big bank' chain but these ladies have continued to keep the friendly 'small town' feel that I have known and loved about this bank.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at Brand Banking. I recently opened up an account to rent a security box. I had never rented a box before and did not know the procedure. The account manager, Cindy, was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. She made sure I understood the policy and procedure and that I felt comfortable with the process. Now everytime I need to stop by my box I am confident that I am going to have a swift and pleasant experience!
If any problem/question arises, it is comforting to hear a friendly voice on the phone and/or in person. I've had problems with the internet before, but I've always gotten help the same day and my questions, no matter how many, are searched out and answered thoroughly. When you go in to a bank and the employees say hi, good morning, etc. you feel like a real person and not just a customer. Some can call me by name and that also personalizes the transaction/s. Never had a rude or hateful employee approach me. My husband and I have several accounts here and will continue to bank here in the years to come.
