Upgrade?
I have been a customer of BCB ever since it first opened, and I have never felt more like switching banks as I do now. Yes, I totally understand that BCB is going through an "Upgrade" but they have been advertising this upgrade for months and apparently have made a mess of it. I received a new debit card in the mail 2 weeks ago with instructions not to activate it until today. Yet last week I was unable to make payments on ANYTHING with my old card even after calling BCB FOUR TIMES and being told my old card was fine and that they even increased the limit so I could make a tuition payment. Today I activated the new card only to be told it was "Invalid" when I attempted to use it. I have been calling BCB for the last SIX HOURS and no one answers the phone. I now have to pay a $50 late charge for the tuition payment I was unable to make with my old debit card and which I can't make with the new "Invalid" card and now I am late in paying all my bills not being able to use either debit card OR to get online for online banking! If BCB was going to royally screw up the least they could do was to answer their damn phones!
