Great bank, zero problems
I was a West Coast Bank member, and was pretty nervous about it changing to Columbia. I had had a previous bad experience with US Bank being ruined by a merger. But Columbia did a great job keeping pretty much everything the same for me. And they have the same great tellers as before, always cheerful and helpful. I'm staying here!

Frustrating
I do all my banking online but if I happen to make one mistake while signing into my account,I am locked out...This happened on Saturday morning.... The phone # that is on the screen, directing me to call for customer service is a recorded message. It tells me that the bank is closed for holiday until Tuesday....Their online service sucks. They evidently are so small they can't afford to hire employees to give good customer service OR...There should be a way online to answer certain questions when a mistake is made while signing in. This is customer service! This would allow me to check my account; pay my bills and keep my blood pressure within normal limits!!!
